Mobile-kitchen service model

Saleem’s Express is planned as a full mobile food-service kitchen serving fish sandwiches and dinners, wings, chicken, burgers, fried sides, homemade coleslaw, famous lemonade, signature sauces, seasoning/breading products, desserts and catering. The mobile kitchen is the first operating phase; restaurant development may follow after performance is established.

Exact SKUs, case sizes, prices, subingredients and allergens are entered after business accounts and written quotes are active.

Base of operation

The base must support approved food storage, water, wastewater, cleaning, servicing, deliveries and any preparation that cannot legally occur in the mobile unit. The final agreement and inspection remain pending.
