The Correct Order
Open the corporate bank account
Use the exact legal company name. Bring the Georgia corporation papers, IRS EIN notice, identification, business email, phone, business plan and initial deposit.
Ask Capital City Bank for a preliminary equipment review
Request a $25,000-$30,000 fixed-rate commercial equipment loan. Ask whether the first review can be completed before a hard credit inquiry and whether an 84-month term is possible.
Contact Environmental Health before purchasing
Send the proposed menu, trailer layout and equipment list. Ask for the mobile-unit and base-of-operation plan-review requirements.
Get three itemized dealer quotes
Each quote must identify the exact trailer, VIN, stock number, equipment, weights, taxes, title, document fees and final out-the-door price.
Choose the final trailer only after review
Final financing normally requires the exact VIN and buyer’s order. Make the purchase contingent on financing, inspection, insurance and health acceptance.
Open US Foods after the bank and delivery/base address are ready
US Foods may ask for legal-business details, tax/resale information, banking information, commercial delivery address, expected weekly spend and delivery frequency.
Complete installation, fire and health inspections
No public service until the unit is permitted, insured and accepted by the required authorities.
Test Square, menu screens and supplier ordering
Use Square as the master menu and Netlify as the public website. Test every order, receipt, printer and payment link.
Soft opening before the September event
Run controlled service days, track speed and waste, and correct problems before the owner’s September 26 target.
